Kiransingh Gulab
Seasoned professional with over 20 years in the financial and client service industry, most of which at senior managerial positions, Kiran has administered US billion-dollar structures and gained extensive technical experience in corporate structuring, company and funds administration, secretarial, accounting, tax planning and trust administration at 2 leading management companies with which he spent 12 years. Kiran is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD), the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA), The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).
He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and hold a BSc (Hons) in Management with specialisation in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mauritius and a Diploma in Financial Crime Compliance Competency awarded by the Open University of Mauritius in partnership with the Financial Services Institute (FSI) of Mauritius. Kiran was on the Board of Fides from 2019-2021 and now again from June 2022 when he rejoined as its Managing Director.
