Your individual privacy is important to us, so the information you provide, either in electronic or any other form of communication is not shared with any party outside of Fides unless your enquiry needs us to involve a third party or you have given us permission or we are legally required to do so. We use return e-mail addresses to answer e-mail we receive from website users.

E-mail is confidential and may also be privileged. If you are not the intended recipient please delete it and notify us immediately by telephoning or e-mailing the sender. You should not copy it or use it for any purpose nor disclose its contents to any other person.

Security – We do not accept responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or delivery of e-mail. Communication by e-mail is not totally secure; please notify the sender immediately if you suspect that it may have been intercepted or amended. No responsibility is accepted for any statements, views or opinions expressed by the sender where this is a non-business e-mail. If we receive a request from you via e-mail we will treat that as authority to reply by e-mail.

Viruses – Whilst we scan all e-mail and attachments for viruses, we do not guarantee that either is virus-free and accept no responsibility for any computer virus or damage caused by such a virus which might be transferred via e-mail.
